RC24 booking and playing terms
Version RC24-TERMS-2026-10-14
Who provides your service
Club services are provided by MWD ESTATES LIMITED trading as Racquet Club 24, at Dunmail Park West, Workington CA14 1NH. Our company and registered-office details are below. Contact admin@racquetclub24.com about a booking, cancellation or complaint.
Playtomic provides the booking platform under its own applicable terms. Using that platform does not remove RC24’s responsibilities for the club services we supply or your statutory rights.
Booking and payment
Before confirming a booking, check the activity, date, time, duration, participant requirements, total price, any service fee and the cancellation conditions displayed. These booking-specific details form part of your agreement. Keep your confirmation and contact us promptly if a detail is wrong. Only book or join sessions appropriate for the published level and participation requirements.
Providing registration details does not buy a membership or reserve a court. Memberships, recurring payments and other separately sold services require their own clear terms; none are created by joining our player register.
Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation deadline and any charge must be shown before you commit to the booking. If you cancel within an advertised free-cancellation period, the cancellation will be handled on that basis. If you cancel later, any charge must follow the applicable booking terms and your legal rights. Contact us if a cancellation or refund appears incorrect.
If RC24 cannot provide the booked club service, we will explain your options, including the refund you are entitled to. We will not require you to accept a replacement service or credit instead of a refund where the law gives you the right to a refund. Any separate platform fee will be considered under the applicable terms and legal rights; we do not promise that every provider fee is automatically refundable.
Promotional vouchers have their own disclosed conditions. The Halloween offer terms explain when RC24 will restore a promotional benefit after cancellation. A free discount is not cash paid by the customer.
Playing safely
Padel involves physical activity and risks such as falls, collisions and being struck by a ball or racket. Use suitable footwear and equipment, follow the club’s safety instructions, respect other players and stop if you feel unwell or conditions appear unsafe. Report damage or hazards to the club. Seek appropriate advice if you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you; you do not need to send medical details through our general registration form.
Check access and emergency information before playing. For a junior player or someone requiring supervision or assistance, contact the club to confirm a suitable session and the arrangements before booking. Opening around the clock does not itself promise that a coach or staff member will be present for every booking.
These responsibilities acknowledge ordinary sporting risks. They do not waive your legal rights or excuse negligence by the club.
Our responsibilities
We will provide our club services with reasonable care and skill. If we breach our agreement, responsibility for loss is determined by the applicable law. We do not exclude responsibility simply because a problem involves a third-party booking platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your information and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains our use of personal information. Email news and offers are optional and separate from registration, booking and acceptance of these terms. Providing a mobile number does not give permission for SMS or WhatsApp marketing.
Changes and complaints
We may update terms for future bookings and will identify the applicable version. Updates will not retrospectively remove rights relating to existing bookings. Any material change affecting an existing booking will be dealt with fairly and in accordance with your legal rights.
Send complaints to admin@racquetclub24.com, including enough information to identify the booking and the problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings elsewhere available to you under applicable law.
